Terms & conditions

1. Eligibility

   • This offer is open to existing parents/guardians of children currently enrolled at Little Strides Nursery (“the Referrer”).

   • The recommended parent/guardian (“the Friend”) must not already be registered or have an active enquiry with Little Strides Nursery prior to the referral.

2. How to Qualify

   • The Friend must enrol their child at Little Strides Nursery and the child must attend for a minimum of 6 consecutive calendar months.

   • Enrolment is considered confirmed when all registration documents are signed, the deposit is paid, and the child starts attending.

   • The referral must be submitted in writing (via email or the form above) before the Friend’s registration is completed.

3. Reward

   • Once the Friend’s child has attended for 6 consecutive months, the Referrer will receive a one-off credit of £350 applied to their own child’s nursery fees.

   • The credit will be applied to the next available invoice after the 6-month attendance period has been completed.

   • The reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used against nursery fees.

4. Limitations

   • Only one reward will be given per referred family, regardless of the number of children they enrol.

   • There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer may recommend, but each referral must meet the above criteria to qualify for a separate reward.

   • If either the Referrer’s or the Friend’s account has outstanding fees at the time the reward is due, the credit will be applied only once all arrears are cleared.

5. Other Conditions

   • Little Strides Nursery reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, but any qualifying referrals made before the withdrawal date will be honoured.

   • Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

   • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other referral promotion run by Little Strides Nursery.

6. Legal Compliance

   • This promotion is run in accordance with UK consumer law and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines.

   • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
